We are currently working with a leading consumer electronics aftermarket services organisation who is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their team. This role will involve overseeing two key existing clients managing and delivering on important customer projects and spearheading initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Managing relationships with two key existing clients serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Overseeing the successful delivery of customer projects from initiation through completion while maintaining highquality standards and adhering to deadlines.
• Collaborating crossfunctionally with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client expectations.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction and retention.

What you will need:

• Experience working within aftermarket services for consumer electronics.
• A proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering on projects.
