Your missions

Our customeris dedicated to refining their customer onboarding approach. In line with this commitment they are seeking a qualified individual to join their newly established Onboarding Centre of Excellence.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the execution and management of tasks throughout the client onboarding journey. This encompasses overseeing the onboarding processes for new promoters migrations and the establishment of new structures across various jurisdictions markets and service offerings. The primary focus will be on ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for the clients.

The successful candidate will contribute to the enhancement of client service by undertaking various responsibilities including:

  1. Ensuring BestinClass Client Experience:
    • Striving to deliver a bestinclass experience for clients at every stage of the onboarding journey.
  2. Supporting Onboarding Operations Manager:
    • Assisting the Onboarding Operations Manager in completing new clients submissions forms.
  3. Engagement Letter Process:
    • Assisting with the engagement letter process and managing internal and external relationships as required.
  4. Administrative Support:
    • Supporting the Onboarding Operations Manager in all administrative tasks related to the execution phase of the onboarding journey
  5. Statutory and Regulatory Knowledge:
    • Possessing knowledge of statutory and regulatory filings required for entities in the relevant jurisdiction and assisting in filing such documents applicable to the onboarding journey.
  6. Entity Incorporation and Migrations:
    • Having experience (or a willingness to learn) in incorporating entities and managing migration processes.
  7. Reviewing Legal Documents:
    • Ability to review and provide comments on constitutional and fund formation documents including subscription agreements.
  8. Liaising with Internal Teams:
    • Collaborating with internal teams such as the Banking Centre of Excellence Legal Risk Compliance and Technology as necessary.
  9. Adherence to SLAs/KPIs:
    • Adhering to specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each onboarding process escalating issues to the Onboarding Operations Manager when necessary.
  10. Continuous Improvement:
    • Identifying and capturing lessons learned to facilitate continuous improvement of the onboarding journey.
  11. Stakeholder Management:
    • Managing relationships with stakeholders by building confidence and trust through clear professional communication and transparent expectation management.
  12. Feedback and Issue Escalation:
    • Actively seeking and acting on realtime feedback and escalating issues effectively and in a timely manner.


Your Ideal Profile:

  • 2 years of experience in fund administration / corporate services
  • Experience in the onboarding of new clients and structures
  • Strong communication skills (both internal to the business and external)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English

  • A candidate experience with Source Up its
  • Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
  • Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices
  • Interview coaching session before the client meeting
