Main responsibilities

  • Gain global exposure and be the first point of contact for our clients and internal teams in terms of VATrelated questions
  • Onboard our new clients and guide them through the takeover process to ensure excellent client experience
  • Participate and lead client meetings to follow up on milestones and enhance efficiency in the project
  • Make sure to provide quality by acting as the last point of review for all outgoing communication and deliverables
  • Use your outstanding communication skills to overcome any VATrelated issues and questions
  • Identifying and leading adhoc projects such as automation of work and pullthrough opportunities
  • Having the sales eye and confidence to suggest existing potential solutions to our clients with the mindset of growing

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a VATrelated function in a clientfacing role
  • Expert knowledge of (international) valueadded tax is required
  • Excellent and confident written and spoken English language knowledge is a must
  • Ability to identify potential problems and issues solutionoriented mindset
  • Effective communication negotiation and client management skills
  • Experience in VAT compliance process improvement is an advantage
  • Courage to take responsibility for others job
  • Great prioritization and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to establish solid and reliant client relations
  • Outofthe box thinking
