Client Engagement Specialist

SIVA Health AG is a digital health startup company in the field of soundbased respiratory diagnostics located in Zurich Switzerland. Through collaboration with global corporate partners clinics and researchers we at SIVA Health have developed a novel device to continuously measure cough (24/7). This innovation is currently being used in a clinical study in the U.S and in global clinical multicenter studies.

As Client Engagement Specialist you will support the Director of Clinical Affairs and be joining a small international team with a big drive who maintain a cando culture marked by a strong why drive and open feedback communication. You can work hard but you also love your life outside business.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team on a parttime basis. The Client Engagement Specialist will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients such as healthcare providers (HCPs) and Clinical Research Organizations (CROs). This position involves providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and product adoption collaborating with clinical staff and conducting product testing.

Tasks

• Monitor SIVA system usage in clinical studies set up user accounts and support clients in troubleshooting technical issues (via email and/or video calls).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients fostering strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure a thorough understanding of product features benefits and applications.
• Organise product testing to gather information on how to improve the product.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials educational resources and training programs to support client engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in healthcarerelated field business administration or related discipline.
• Technical savviness critical thinking and digital literacy skills enabling you to understand the product and support clients in solving problems.
• Quickly learns and adapts to new technologies and software concepts.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients previous experience in a customerfacing role preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Issue tracking tools.
• Fluent in English. Fluency in German or French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally regionally and/or internationally as needed.

Working Hours:

• This is a parttime (50%60%) position with the possibility to increase with demand. This roles requires availability to work daily (Monday to Friday) with flexible hours. Working hours can be negotiated based on mutual agreement.
