Salary: Up to 60000 DOE

Location: London

Responsibilities:

• The Clerk of works inspects the workmanship quality and safety of work for fabric maintenance activities and on construction projects and reports back to senior managers.
• As a clerk of work youd be conducting regular site inspections and checking that building plans are being followed correctly. The clerk of works will check that work is being carried out to the correct specifications and legal safety and environmental standards.
• They will check warranties remain up to date and provide all relevant reporting. Experience of CAFM systems and HSEQ knowledge will be highly beneficial.
• Distribution of CAFM jobs to Trades.
  Responsible for KPIs.
  Implementing PPM schedule.
  Overseeing quality of works and reviews with RHPS Surveyors and Building Supervisors.
  Responsible for coordinating and programming works and events/functions.
  Health and Safety compliance and reporting on site.
  Managing team resources rotas holidays overtime and out of hours works.
  

Experience Required:

• Highly proficient in building maintenance processes building laws and regulations with experience and a broad understanding of quality benchmarking across a range of disciplines.

• Experience with compiling and filing official status reports.

• Ability to advise on and oversee aspects of Health & Safety as well as keeping a log of any unexpected delays or events.

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the construction industry
