We are currently seeking a motivated Cleaning Team Lead/Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating clean welcoming spaces while leading a team to achieve the highest standards in cleaning excellence.
As a Cleaning Team Lead/Site Supervisor you will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for highquality cleaning. services. Your responsibilities will include handson cleaning tasks overseeing job sites to ensure all cleaning meets the highest standards onboarding and training managing and motivating a team of cleaning professionals and ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized. This role requires excellent leadership skills attention to detail and the ability to work in all 5 boroughs of New York City.
Requirements
Perform and oversee detailed cleaning tasks in highend postconstruction and residential environments.
Manage and motivate a team of cleaning professionals ensuring they have the necessary supplies and support.
Navigate efficiently around NYC using transit systems; having a car is a plus.
Inspect job sites during night and/or weekend cleanings for quality control 23 times per week.
Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of equipment.
Enforce company policies and participate in the creation and dissemination of these policies.
Use our training systems and tools to onboard and train new hires ensuring their success.
Actively participate in cleaning tasks alongside the team.
Willing and able to work across all 5 boroughs of New York City.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to lift and transport cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.
