Roles and Responsibilities
  • The person will be SPOC for entire project management cycle (Plan Execute Monitor Feedback) of the Sales Coach program. The role will be the bridge between TML Centum and Dealerships for seamless communication and resolution
  • The role will lead all stages of SC Program:
Recruitment (current focus) o Induction
Productivity measurement (Training dashboards in line with RTM dashboards)
Capability development
Engagement programs o Continuous feedback mechanism on SC effectiveness:
From DPs (SIF members on regular intervals)
Dealer Staff (feedback on Content facilitation application of knowledge etc)
  • The role will laisse with RTMs who will be driving this project for respective territories.
  • Monthly connect (zonewise) with SCs/RTMs for updates/ areas of improvement. Centum to look into possibility of involving Leadership team in these monthly connects
  • Dedicated number for the role holder with defined operating times (9 am to 6 pm MonSat) and guidelines on TAT for any query raised (either on call/ mobile).
  • Following deliverables on immediate basis (by end of current week):
SC Productivity report template (measurable parameters frequency). This will be in sync with weekly report by SC to their respective DPs
  • SC recruitment dashboard relook at overall report for qualitative inputs frequency and base report data. report to include stages of recruitment assessment interview shortlisting CTC sign off DOJ laptop status etc.
  • 100% induction coverage for all new joiners who are ready to interface with customers immediate sales readiness.
  • Quick coverage of new product and process trainings.
  • Identify the training needs of the staff along with the CXM GM and TSM to plan trainings accordingly and address individual training needs.
  • Monitor application of knowledge & skills and increase productivity of dealer staff in various roles mainly selling skills
Skills Required
  • Minimum Qualification Graduation
  • Age Minimum 5 Years team Management experience will be an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).
  • Approachable and vibrant personality.
  • Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet targets/deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel) is preferable.
