InfraHire is looking for a Civil Engineering Project Manager in Charleston County SC

Job Description:
Execute all facets of civil engineering site design which includes processing site surveys formulating grading and drainage plans creating site layout plans preparing water and sewer utility plans and drafting Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) along with projectspecific notes and details.
- Generate technical design calculations and reports.
- Develop comprehensive permit application packages for regulatory agencies.
- Produce quantity takeoffs and engineers opinion of probable costs.
- Prepare material and lead client and regulatory agency meetings.
- Conduct onsite visits during construction to monitor progress.
- Perform quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reviews for plans and calculation reports generated by other staff.
- Collaborate with external consultants including surveyors architects landscape architects electrical mechanical and plumbing engineers.
- Directly coordinate with contractors to address constructionrelated issues.
- Interface directly with clients to discuss project budgets schedules and required project deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university
- EngineerinTraining certification (required)
- Profession Engineer license or taken the Professional Engineer exam (preferred)
- 3 years of direct experience performing civil engineering design and construction administration tasks
- Basic knowledge of the project development process including proposal preparation project budgeting scheduling assignment of tasks.Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D (required)
- Knowledge of other design software including but not limited to ICPR4 Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis Autodesk Storm Sewers Extension ArcGIS WaterCAD EPANET SEDCAD
