Role: Civil CAD Drafter

Location: Midland TX

Duration: Permanent onsite

We are looking for a Land Development CAD Drafter to grow with us. As a Drafter you will work with our engineers performing the following tasks:

• Civil sketches construction drawings and detailed plans on residential commercial municipal and industrial projects.
• Prepare drawings for grading paving storm water management utilities zoning and infrastructure improvements.
• Read interpret and draft plans profiles cross sections and details.
• This position offers the potential to take on design responsibilities after mastering the companys design standards.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Experience in both commercial and residential land development is a plus.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; knowledge of Carlson a bonus.
• Technical school degree and/or coursework in civil engineering related drafting.
• Enthusiastic to contribute to a growing company and motivated to learn.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to complete projects within deadlines.
