Job Description:
Role EndtoEnd ownership of the Sales and Growth of the city.
Monitor daily / weekly business and drive improvements to improve numbers and deliver monthly targets.
Hire monitor and manage a team of Loan and Sales Manager.
Single point of contact between the ground Sales team and the central team.
Training and mentoring team members on a regular basis and give them pointed feedback Skills.
Ensuring Ops processes and policies set forth by the company are implemented on the ground and monitored to ensure 100% adherence.
Coordinate and plan with cross functional operations central teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Highly aggressive Team Manager & Motivator Target oriented and datadriven approach to sales
Timely interest collection and recovery of over dues minimizing NPA status of accounts as well as auction of gold
