Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Citrix Virtualization Engineer L3 to join our team in Jersey City NJ. As a Citrix Virtualization Engineer L3 you will be responsible for designing implementing and supporting virtualized environments utilizing Citrix technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop Microsoft technologies (W365 & AVD) and experience with cloudhosted solutions in Azure AWS and onpremises environments. You will work closely with our implementation partner HCL America to deliver highquality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement enterprise Microsoft W365/AVD and Citrix XenApp/Citrix cloudhosted solutions in Azure AWS and onpremises environments.

Utilize expertise in XenApp/XenDesktop MCS process to optimize virtualized environments.

Configure and manage Citrix Application Delivery Controllers (Netscalers) to ensure optimal performance and security.

Provide thirdlevel support to secondlevel support teams assisting with complex troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Integrate Windows Active Directory Domains with networking components Group Policy AntiVirus applications DHCP DNS and WINS.

Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell/Python/C to automate tasks and streamline processes.

Utilize tools such as CDFtrace Process Explorer and Process Monitor for extensive troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Active Directory Group Policy and FS Logix.

Knowledge of SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and ITIL v3 Foundation.

Understanding of Azure and AWS cloud fundamentals.

Experience automating processes with ServiceNow.

Ability to configure and orchestrate automated workflows.

Proficiency in collaborating via email and providing verbal support to support teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in virtualized environments with Citrix technologies.

Relevant certifications such as Citrix Certified Associate (CCA) Citrix Certified Professional (CCP) or equivalent.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
