Job Description

L2 Citrix Server Admin
Citrix certified; MCP in Windows Server 2003/2008 Active Directory DHCP DNS Expertise
Primary Skills
  1. Install modify (configure) maintain support and administer Citrix Software
  2. Configure maintain and support Citrix VPN and related RSA two factor authentication
  3. Test verify and install all Citrix and Operating System patches and hot fixes adhering to clientapproved Change Management procedures
  4. Install approved Applications and Application Upgrades on Citrix Servers
  5. Research evaluate and recommend to client improvements to the thin client Server Environment. Create and maintain documentation for the thin client Server Environment
  6. Coordinate with the teams supporting Active Directory Enterprise Directory and DMZ to enable policy deployment configuration and authentication/authorization of the Citrix environment
  7. Implement networkdrive mappings and localdrive mappings
  8. Administer user policies within the Citrix management console for the Authorized User s session Environment
  9. Coordinate the troubleshooting of accessrelated firewall Connectivity issues
  10. Provide Customer with detailed documentation of the Citrix test Server Environment; and
  11. Perform endof life retirement activities related to Citrix including:
Uninstalling and Decommissioning metaframe to remove a Citrix Terminal Server from the applicable farm
  1. Experience in Windows Server and VMWare.
  2. Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
  3. Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support
  4. Coordination with multiple stake holders / Third party Vendors for breakfix.
  5. Must be able to lead the critical outage calls
  6. Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required
  7. Participate in weekly/ monthly/ customer meeting and provide activities report.

  1. Good understanding of Incident Asset Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
