Chinese Speaking Senior Consultant Automotive Industry Specialist
Located in The US or Mexico
Consulting
Primary Objectives:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds with a focus on the Asian Pacific region particularly China within the automotive industry.
- Collaborate effectively with international teams and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize expertise in Asian Pacific business cultures especially in China to provide targeted support and insights to clients and internal teams.
- Facilitate crosscultural communication and understanding between clients consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Engage with Asian Pacific automotive OEMs and Tier 1 2 or 3 suppliers to identify business opportunities and project needs.
- Provide cultural sensitivity training and guidance to the Ambe team to enhance crosscultural interactions.
Requirements
- Native proficiency in Chinese with fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
- Extensive experience and indepth knowledge of the automotive industry in the Asian Pacific region including OEMs and Tier 1 2 or 3 suppliers.
- Proven ability to navigate and excel in crosscultural environments particularly within the automotive sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated capacity to build rapport and trust across diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate international business needs and time zones.
- Located in Mexico or The United States.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience living and working in China or other Asian Pacific countries within the automotive sector.
- Familiarity with Asian business practices etiquette and negotiation strategies.
- Successful track record of crossselling consulting services within multicultural contexts.
