Chief Technology Officer

We are currently seeking a Chief Product & Technology Officer (CTO) for our client an IT Product Company based in New York. With a presence in 6 countries worldwide our client is experiencing significant growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the product and engineering teams focusing on developing platform features and functionality to enhance customer experience and maintain a competitive edge in the Lifesciences product sector.
• Shape the future capabilities of our clients platform utilizing customer feedback and product analysis to drive product roadmap decisions.
• Oversee the maintenance of the technology stack ensuring optimal platform performance and continuous service delivery for customers. Plan and design scalable tech solutions.
• Act as a key member of the Executive team contributing to the development and implementation of the companys strategy.

Key Duties:

• Own and drive the product roadmap and technology vision aiming to create customer value and drive revenue growth.
• Report directly to the CEO collaborating on longterm business planning and creating a wellinformed product roadmap.
• Collaborate with various departments including sales marketing customer success HR and operations to develop an innovative product platform.
• Build and lead an inclusive team of approximately 100 individuals across 6 sites with 67 direct reports.

Ideal Candidate:

• Seasoned executive with experience at the Csuite level adept at developing and executing product architecture and engineering roadmaps to drive organizational growth and strategy.
• Excellent communicator with a customercentric approach capable of translating customer needs into actionable products and services.
• Highly motivated with a natural problemsolving ability possessing curiosity and tenacity.
