CasinoEngine provides a fullymanaged and robust online casino platform solution tailored to our clients needs. This timetested casino platform was specifically designed to give operators full control over their operations.

Chief Product Officer

EveryMatrix is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our Casino Platform Business Unit. This executive role demands a strategic and creative leader who can drive the product vision and strategy while effectively collaborating with various teams and stakeholders. Successful candidates will immerse themselves in the company business while constantly providing guidance for the stakeholders and engineering team. The successful candidate will work in fastpaced tight deadlines highly rewarding Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product management team including product owners business analysts and designers.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders clients account managers and sales teams.
  • Develop and articulate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy for the Casino Platform.
  • Drive the design and promotion of innovative product features directly or through account managers and sales teams.
  • Conduct and facilitate product workshops and marketing material production.
  • Implement various product management techniques to enhance product offerings.
  • Actively engage in client interactions to understand their needs and feedback.
  • Report directly to the Head of Casino Platform.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Software development.
  • Minimum 8 years experience as Product Owner Product Manager Business Analyst with a recent at least 4 years in Management positions.
  • A minimum of 6 years of iGaming industry experience.
  • Proven track record in product management and strategy within the Casino/Gaming sector.
  • Strong ability to work and communicate effectively with a diverse range of teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with proficiency in English (C1C2 level).
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing including the creation of marketing materials.
  • Ability to conduct and lead product elicitation workshops.
  • Experience in using different product management techniques to drive product success.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing Technology or related field.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing crossfunctional teams.
    • Strategic thinker with an innovative mindset.
    • Customercentric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.

    Work Life Balance:

    • 22 paid leave days and two extra paid leave days per year for every year up to 32 days (working days) in addition to the public holidays (11 days). Extra leave days for every extra year at the company 43 days including public holidays by year 5 of employment.
    • 10 sick leave days per year (without a doctors note).
    • Medical leave: up to 30 days per year documented with a medical certificate.
    • To support women candidates we offer 21 weeks of maternity leave and 100% work from home until the childs first birthday for mothers.
