PlayMatrix is enhancing EveryMatrix product offering with live casino studios across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  Define and execute the product vision and strategy to enhance user engagement retention and growth. Align the product strategy with the companys business goals and market trends.
• Product Development:
  Lead the product management and design teams to develop and improve gaming products and features that meet the needs of our users. Ensure products are launched on time and in quality.
• User Experience: Champion superior user experience and design across all digital platforms ensuring the product is accessible intuitive and enjoyable for all users.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Work closely with legal and compliance departments to ensure our products meet all regulatory requirements and ethical standards within the jurisdictions we operate.
• Market Analysis:
  Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new trends technologies and opportunities for growth in the online gaming industry.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration:
  Collaborate with marketing technology operations and customer service teams to ensure product and business alignment.
• Performance Metrics:
  Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance user engagement and satisfaction. Use datadriven insights to drive product improvements.
  
  Requirements:
  Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or related field.
  Proven experience in a product leadership role preferably in the online gaming gambling or tech industry.
  Strong understanding of the online casino market and its regulatory environment.
  Exceptional leadership skills and ability to inspire and manage crossfunctional teams.
  Experience with product design user experience and customercentric product development.
  Proficient in data analysis and making datadriven decisions.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  
  Work Life Balance:
  
  • 22 paid leave days and two extra paid leave days per year for every year up to 32 days (working days) in addition to the public holidays (11 days). Extra leave days for every extra year at the company 43 days including public holidays by year 5 of employment.
