We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer or Director of Operations for a client in Atlanta GA. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our organization as the Director of Operations. Pay rate:
$100000 to $150000

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed business growth.
  • Oversee daytoday operations.
  • Expand market presence.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors suppliers and other external partners.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide senior leadership with regular reports on operational performance and progress towards goals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and equipment in the industry.
  • Train and mentor technicians to ensure their professional growth and development.
  • Manage budgets and forecast future expenses.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve their goals and meet department objectives.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in operations management preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in business development a must.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute longterm plans.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to build strong partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 7 years of experience in audio and visual technology
  • Strong knowledge of audio and visual equipment including projection systems sound reinforcement systems and lighting systems
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Familiarity with the latest technology and equipment in the audio and visual industry
  • Proven history of success in leadership roles
