As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fintech startups operations. This includes leading and managing our operations team optimizing processes for efficiency and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth and profitability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a COO or in a senior operations leadership role in a fintech environment.
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field.
