Chief Financial Officer

Position Overview:

As the CFO you will serve as a key member of the executive team providing strategic financial leadership and guidance to support our companys growth and success. You will oversee all aspects of financial management planning and analysis playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization and driving sustainable growth in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive profitability in the manufacturing industry.
• Lead the finance team in all aspects of financial planning budgeting forecasting and reporting ensuring accuracy transparency and compliance.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership offering insights and analysis to inform decisionmaking and drive operational excellence.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders including investors lenders and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and foster positive partnerships.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to streamline financial processes and enhance productivity across the organization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends market dynamics and regulatory changes providing proactive insights and recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field.
• CPA (Inactive/Active) certification highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles within the manufacturing industry or Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing finance principles including cost accounting inventory management and supply chain optimization.
• Proven track record of success in financial management strategic planning and business analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
