About the Position

Bridgemaker is a company builder based in Berlin with a focus on B2B tech venture building. We work with exceptional companies whose ideas will shape the future. Together with our partners - global market leaders and large corporations from various industries - we build the companies of tomorrow.

For our partner we are looking for a Chief Executive Officer (m/f/d) at the Munich location.

As CEO (m/f/d) you have the opportunity to further scale the existing venture, which has already raised several millions, and to accompany the next funding round. You will also further develop the company and product strategy to bring the venture to a new level.

Requirements

  • You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in a leadership role, ideally in a corporate startup, or in a VC-backed B2C startup, company builder, or strategy/innovation consulting firm
  • You bring experience in B2C e-commerce and have already scaled multiple companies
  • Working in a data-driven way comes naturally to you
  • You have already successfully built a platform solution
  • As a serial entrepreneur, you have already successfully led funding rounds
  • You speak German on a native speaker level, as well as English on a business fluent level

Your tasks

  • You are actively responsible for the venture development and have the possibility to steer the company and product strategy.
  • You are the main contact person for finance & controlling and maintain the communication with the investors
  • You know how to position the company correctly by further developing the communication and sales strategy
  • You are communicative and open-minded so that you can further develop the existing partner network
