About the role

As the Chief Commercial Officer at Cropster you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and shaping our commercial strategy as a key member of the Management Team. You will lead a dynamic team of over 30 professionals across Marketing Sales Customer Success Partnerships Commercial Programs and Analytics.

What youll do

  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to accelerate revenue generation ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction to the Sales team setting targets and overseeing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Marketing Strategy: Guide the Marketing team to create and implement marketing plans that drive brand awareness demand generation and customer acquisition.
  • Customer Success: Lead the Customer Success team to maximize customer satisfaction retention and upsell opportunities through proactive support and engagement.
  • Partnership Development: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships to expand market reach and drive incremental revenue streams.
  • DataDriven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and market insights to make informed decisions optimize sales and marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Team Management: Foster a highperformance culture providing leadership mentorship and professional development opportunities for your team.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments particularly Product and Finance to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization.
  • Financial Accountability: Manage and optimize commercial budgets to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

We are looking for someone with

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the SaaS industry.
  • A strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A datadriven and analytical mindset.
  • Experience in developing and managing partnerships.
  • Financial acumen and budget management skills.
