Job Description:
Oversight of all finance and accounting operations including billing accounts
receivable accounts payable general ledger revenue recognition and cash
management and ensuring that the books are closed in accordance with the

Primary responsibility for timely reporting of monthend quarterend and year
end financial activities

Coordinating with all factories depos and branch offices for day to day
accounting and closure of books of accounts
Serve as liaison with internal and external auditors for audits and reviews and
preparation of tax returns with outside accountants
Helps company achieve budget objectives by performing analytical reviews of the
monthly operating results to ensure the reasonability and accuracy of reports
Highlevel financial reporting and analysis. Ensure that all financial transactions
are properly recorded filed and reported and is in accordance with accounting
records. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with all INDAS and other applicable laws rules and financial
regulations for financial and tax reporting
Implement and maintain effective internal controls as required by applicable
statutesSupervise and manage the accounting teamWorking closely with management or executive teams to share reports and
analysis findings
Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information
