Chemical Process Engineer

Embrace diverse engineering challenges & drive impactful projects at a chemical manufacturing site in Augusta. This multifaceted role offers exposure to various engineering skills with onethird of your time dedicated to plant process safety & optimization another third on daytoday support & troubleshooting & the remaining on controls implementation. A key focus will be ensuring the highest standards of process safety through PHA participation & meticulous Management of Changes (MoCs). With the crossfunctionality of the role youll have the chance to make a tangible impact & see your work visibly shine. The plant is investing $5 million in planned capital upgrades including equipment replacements & a major DCS migration project in which youll play a key role. Youll report directly to the Engineering Manager & work together with them on all engineering initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.S. Chemical Engineering
• 3 years experience out of any process manufacturing environment (ideally PSM regulated)
• Must have some exposure to Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) & Management of Changes
• Nice to have some experience with or interest in PLC/DCS controls
