Are you looking for a permanent job in Southern Spain
For our client an Italian restaurant chain in Marbella Spain we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partied for the cold section.
Information and Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience in a fine casual dining concept preferably Italian cuisine
At least one additional year of experience in a relevant position or equivalent
Proven record of kitchen and staff management with good communication skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and highvolume environment
Qualification from Culinary school
HACCP Health and Safety and Food Safety Protocols knowledge
Upper intermediate level in English Language is mandatory
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
About the job:
Fulltime permanent position
Start date: 1st of May
If you are moving from abroad you will be provided with a permanent accommodation (up to 500 € per month)
Salary for this cold section CDP role will be from 2.700 € gross per month for 40 hours per week
Salary is paid monthly
Your duties will be: responsible for all processes of food preparation in the cold section supporting the Head and Sous Chef in delivering consistently highquality food ensuring the highest standards and consistent quality completing assigned prep work duties in an efficient time frame supervising junior chefs and interns keep workstations and equipment as clean as possible at all times daily feedback collection and reporting of issues as they arise.
