Chat Process Executive Work From Home

• Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate and complete information about products and services
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and concerns
• Escalating issues to higher authorities when necessary

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or equivalent role
