Charity Fundraising Assistant

We partner with charitable organizations to increase awareness of their programs and make a meaningful impact in the community. We have an immediate need for a Charity Fundraising Assistant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities: As a Fundraising Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams. Key responsibilities include:

• Being the first point of contact for all external and internal fundraising inquiries
  
• Providing high standards of customer care ensuring consistent thanking and acknowledgment of new/departing donors
  
• Working closely with management and the communications team to prepare and send accurate and engaging donor communications
  
• Supporting a range of fundraising and promotional events including planning logistics and ontheday support
  
• Maintaining the donor database with accurate inputting and providing internal training and support to colleagues
  
• Administering data inputting amendments running reports and creating data queries
  
• Supporting the fundraising team in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  
• Keeping up to date with fundraising initiatives and news from across all sectors
  
• Introducing new ideas and initiatives into the role while taking ownership of work
  

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and drive for fundraising for a great cause (experience is desirable but not required)
