Job Description

1) Developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue.
2) Identify and onboard new partners provide training and support and manage the performance of existing partners
3) Monitor industry trends and stay uptodate on competitors and market conditions
4) Measure and report on the performance of channel partners using key metrics
5) Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the partners
6) Constantly update partners on the product and offer timely solutions
7) Driving the team on Assigned Targets and Productivity
8) Create strategic channels to meet the attachment targets
9) Aid the Region Head on compliance in CAT A cities

Requirements

Strong team management skills are required especially to deal with less educated entrepreneurial driverpartners
English & Hindi Knowledge is a must; local vernacular language preferred in regions
Candidate should demonstrate the ability to work in a fastpaced hypernormal growth environment
Experience in handling highvolume transactions & large teams
Strong analytical skills and orientation to understanding numbers
Strong Relationship & People Management Skills
Passion for exploring in a chaotic startup environment with a Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and deal with muftistakeholders
Handled a highly targetdriven sales force / Leadership team
Managed a closelyknit community of influences (e.g. Channel Partners / Agents / Drivers/ etc.)
Managed PnL and growth of different verticals/organizations
