On behalf of Samsung Workshop is seeking an experienced Channel Marketing Lead. Are you an experienced marketer passionate about channel marketing conversion strategies and driving sellout If you excel in leveraging sales drivers to their fullest potential and possess a strong retail background along with digital savvy then you are probably the person we are looking for as Channel Marketing Lead to the Mobile team at Samsung.

Your role as a Channel Marketing Lead will mainly be around:

Your primary responsibility will involve creating and executing marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving sellout across diverse channels particularly focusing on MX (Mobile Tablets Wearables and PC). You will work to seamlessly integrate Samsung and its offerings across every touchpoint including online platforms such as websites and social media as well as offline locations like instore displays.

Your role will also entail driving customer sellout growth and enhancing Samsungs inhouse value share through strategic initiatives within the MX product line. This involves strategizing executing and analyzing various marketing activities to ensure Samsung maintains a strong presence and voice in customer channels.

Collaborating closely with key account managers and the marketing team you will ensure the optimal execution of Samsungs brand and tactical for MX products. Together youll develop comprehensive marketing plans and activations tailored to various MX product groups aiming to optimize Samsungs brand presence across all channels instore online or offline.

Part of your role will also involve evaluating the media mix overseeing the timely delivery of marketing assets and analyzing initiatives based on sales and online metrics specifically within the MX product categories. This analytical aspect will help drive informed decisionmaking and further enhance Samsungs marketing efforts within the MX domain.

As an integral part of the local marketing team you will also have the opportunity to engage in various Samsung events and participate in consumer and influencer activations. This will allow you to contribute to the overall marketing strategy while actively engaging with key stakeholders and influencers in the market.

Your background:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing and communication
  • 35 years of proven success in customer/channel marketing roles with a focus on driving sellout growth
  • Expertise in customer joint sellout 360 planning execution and review
  • Strong retail experience and ROI understanding
  • Proficiency in media and customer campaign planning with an agility to analyze sales and online data
  • Understanding of the consumer journey and experience with traffic generation/conversiondriven marketing
  • Proficiency in both Finnish and English

Skills & attributes:

  • Resultsoriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills adept at engaging key account managers and customers
  • Experience in collaborating with and managing external agencies
  • Analytical skills with an insightdriven approach
  • Creative problemsolving skills and innovative marketing initiatives
  • Robust collaboration skills and ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds

Hours: Full time

Employment type: Consultant position with a contract until December 2024.

Start: As soon as possible

Workplace: Espoo Finland hybrid working model. 3 days at the office 2 days remotely per week. Some travel (max 12 days in month) in Finland /the Nordics is to be expected.
