Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Change and Communications workstream for a BOTT (Build Operate Transform Transfer) engagement with a global Life Sciences
  • Act as a face to the clients change management function
  • Building relationships with client leaders and stakeholders
  • Lead the day to day organizational change management functions for a large IT transformation effort
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
  • Change Strategy Development
  • Change Readiness Assessment
  • Communication Planning and Execution
  • Change Impact Assessment
  • Resistance Management
  • Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Documentation and Reporting

Requirements

  • College degree or certificate in communications organizational design & development learning or change management
  • Prefer advanced degree in similar disciplines
  • 7 Years of experience
  • Native Japanese speaker with very strong English skills able to operate seamlessly in both languages
  • Build and manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Interview stakeholders to understand sentiments
  • Analyze sentiments and develop action plans
  • Update SharePoint with key messaging
  • Contribute to the communication and engagement strategy based on clients Japan BU insights
  • Design develop and distribute change communications (emails quick reference guides etc.)
  • Ability to think quickly prepare top quality change deliverables and present to audiences from all levels within the client organization is a must
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of change management pharma and life sciences fields is highly preferred
