- As400 & Content Management Systems
- Provide support & resolutions for AS400/IBM VIP Doc Manager & CMS
- Manage security level 15 issues and assist with change management tasks
- Participate in routine production issue resolution vulrenability management & patching
- Support server & application patching efforts and implement performance improvemnt initiatives
- Collaborate with application teams and OS teams for troubleshooting and support
