Job description:
Provide strategic direction to overall change management principles practices and methodologies. Assess current change management support relative to employee population.Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities for a large complex program that will be delivered to the agents at the airports across the network in.
Work with our inhouse change management team training team and communications team members to recommend develop and implement an overall change management strategy for the program to increase adoption of the new program releases.
