Provides subject matter expertise for the change management necessitated by the OIT CTO organizational transformation initiative:
Job Responsibilities
The job duties include developing an Organizational Change Management Plan (OCM Plan)for the OIT CTO Transformation Program with tailored plans for projects and teams/individuals as needed. The expectation is that the plans will be based on a best practice change management methodology such as Prosci ADKAR model plan shown below:
The new OCM plan and framework will be the basis upon which we will build stakeholder support for updated CTO process and create opportunities for staff to ask questions and seek help when needed. The OCM Plan will include an overview of the CTO projects we will be supporting under the CTO Transformation Program descriptions of impacted stakeholders and strategies for engaging with them to build advocacy for change.
