Title: Change Management Communications Lead
Location: Onsite in Racine WI is a plus. Remote candidates must be willing to travel to the office about once a month. This is not reimbursable.
Duration: 03/18/2024 12/31/2024

HOURS: 85 CST with flexibility for project demands
Job Description:
Change management communications lead to working closely with the Global Information Security project management group to coordinate draft and execute communications related to ongoing information security projects and initiatives.
Communications target various groups across the organization including executive level stakeholders technical project contributors manufacturing sales and marketing teams
Participate in project meetings training efforts as needed company meetings etc.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree in any discipline
5 years experience in communications coordination and planning.

TOP 5 REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver and execute clear and concise communication plans/messaging across multiple communication channels to key stakeholders.
2. Strategic thinker with excellent listening skills and the ability to assess the impact of technological changes on key stakeholders and the global employee base.
3. Project Management skills the ability to manage/track multiple projects share results with project teams and adjust as needed to support deliverables timeframe.
4. Team player skills are essential.
5. Flexibility to adapt in fast paced/frequently changing environment.

TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCIES:
Proficiency using Poppulo SharePoint Microsoft Office and Teams. (PowerPoint is essential)
The ability to add creative/visuals to communications documents is a plus

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:
*Prosci or other Change Management Certification is a plus
Knowledge of information security topics and security awareness practices is helpful.
