At Amgen we are looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Sr. Associate External Worker to join our Digital Innovation and Technology team. This role requires a strong collaborator who can concentrate on learning operations. Our Organizational Effectiveness (OE team cares deeply about people and their work. Our team consists of skilled talent architects change practitioners and learning and communications professionals who achieve this mission by always focusing on helping the organization to continuously learn grow and improve by bringing the best solutions to every project. This OE Sr. Associate EW will have a key role in executing on our vision for an upcoming Training project.
The Senior Associate will lead the implementation of learning & performance strategies and processes across the enterprise to enhance adoption engagement and awareness of the initiatives that help Amgen achieve its business outcomes. The Sr. Associate will have a keen ability to collaborate cross functionally with a clear focus on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning while delivering results.
Moreover this role will involve these tasks:
Partnering internally with the IS Organizational Effectiveness Team to embed change management communications learning and talent principles into training projects.
Collaborates with Learning Operations team to create and execute organizational learning and engagement activities for training projects impacting the Enterprise include all staff and external resources globally.
Participates in team/project meetings and events in accordance with established processes; identifies and implements process improvements where appropriate.
Participate in training projects with limited oversight.
Appropriately escalate issues that may impact implementation or timelines through crossfunctional coordination and engagement with key stakeholders as well as internal line management.
Prepares metrics and documents illustrating the progress of ongoing projects and activities.
Basic Qualifications:
3 years of organizational change learning organizational design communication and/or talent management experience.
Must be able to selfmanage to meet timelines and deliverables.
The vision to develop a set of actionable and targeted OE project plans.
Outstanding communication skills with audiences of all levels.
Experience delivering successfully on project teams.
Elevated level of situational awareness to assess impacts of organizational change.
Excellent oral and presentation skills; ability to negotiate influence and persuade.
Demonstrated Program Management Skills.
Ability to navigate the use of various technologies such as Tableau Cognos Learning Management System and various survey software. Training can be provided if needed.

Collaborate and coordinate with functions internal staff and outside vendors to achieve communications and business objectives.
