This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Change Management Analyst to collaborate in an exciting project of the IT Marketing and Sales Department of one of our top pharma clients in the sector.

Be part of the Customer Facing team in charge of working covering a large number of capabilities related to medical fairs (education publishing literature) trainings/coach and support call center tools.

Main Tasks: The chosen person will have to play with "two hats":
  • The main role will be based on: Change management responsibilities. Collaborate in the creation of the plan and coordination of the change on a new platform that is being developed. You will need to be communicatively skilled to efficiently present the guidelines to the different vendors involved in the global markets. Provide sufficient technical background to work with different frameworks to support the project. Proactively propose improvements for the execution of the plan.

  • The "second hat" will be focused on supporting the track: Manage the user acceptance testing UAT (support the team in the ticket track. Efficiently communicate the status of the activity. Ensure that they are running well and everything is going smoothly).



Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English (Fluent). Other languages such as German/Spanish are a plus.
  • Provide at over 4 years of previous experience in similar roles
  • Must have contrasted Change Management Expertise: Knowledge in change management principles methodologies and provide sufficient technical background to work with different frameworks to support the project. Proactively propose improvements for the execution of the plan.
  • Past exposure managing UAT Good command of IT process management tools mainly Jira.
  • Political influencing and communication skills are key. Ability to build a new plan clearly communicate change strategies reasons for the change and potential impacts.
  • Analytical and ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to identify and overcome obstacles that may arise during the change process. Ability to assess the impact of change and the factors driving it.
  • Sales & Project Management Skills: Ability to identify key stakeholders understand their needs and concerns and manage their expectations effectively. Ability to plan execute and oversee workstream activities and milestones to ensure successful implementation
  • Good Documentation Practice: Ability to document any test results clearly deviations Root cause analysis fixes in alignment with all involved team members in a way that it is traceable consistent and accurate. Previous experience working in highly regulated environments is a plus.
  • Experience working in a virtual international and multicultural environment.
