What youll do:

The Plant Change Administrator (PCA) will hold three roles in PLM: CCB Representative MRP Administrator and Change Administrator The Change Administrator is the first signature on the Manufacturing Change Order (MCO)in PLM putting the manufacturing part into the inwork state. The CA will also control the Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM) updates and with and electronic signature send the part to the logistic engineer for approval. The MRP Administrator (MRPA) is the interface between PLM and the ERP system. They and play a key role in having smooth transfers to ERP for forecasting inventory changes and updating the ERP BOM when the product is ready for production. The MRPA must set an effective date on the MCO through the Send to ERP function and completes the MCO once the change has been implemented at their corresponding manufacturing site. The CCB Rep is the approval of the local CCB (plants) ECRs or represent the plant in the local CCBs at the Tech Centers. Responsible to sign the ECR object in PLM at CCB1/ CCB2/ CCB3. Send meeting invitation for CCB1/CCB2/CCB3.Record notes from CCB meetings and distribute to the teams once meetings are completed. Ensure all documentation complete/attached to ECR prior to approvals. CCB forms/Change presentation Customer approval documentation. Test summaries CCB Meeting summaries. esponsible to hand over EOP products to service part organization. Manage CCB Meeting. Manages MCO/ECR through to Implemented/Complete status. Maintain tracking of all ECRs for production product Changes. Leads LIT (Local Implementation Team). LIT team includes AMG PQE PE Logistics. AS403. Triggers the CPC process (Visual Board at Gemba) to monitor all Changes with effect on their manufacturing site. Supports VEVA within the Division. Data gathering. Reporting Targets. Responsible to take over car line projects from AS100 project groups in serial life. The liaison person for the Change Leader to get all effected manufacturing sites on board from the very beginning including the initiation and evaluation phases. Attends CFT meetings as requested by CL. The Plant Change Administrator shall be included as part of the Change team for all changes when their Manufacturing site is affected. Attends CCB meetings

What is required:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Change Leader. Production Control/Planning. Required: Strong communication skills in Spanish and English. Training in PLM system and Change Management (AS7) preferred.
