- Knowledge of automotive vehicle structures with hands on experience in CAE
- Good understanding of basic Engineering fundamentals
- 6 years of experience. Should have experience of ANSA and STAR CCM
- Responsible for building full vehicle CFD simulation models for thermal simulation in StarCCM which includes:
- retrieve and prepare CAD parts for CFD simulation modelling; clean mesh and separate geometry for proper CFD modelling.
- Gather appropriate modelling parameters for: material properties porous media rotating fans and wheels convective heat transfer boundary conditions operating conditions
- Run full vehicle simulation models postprocess to make reports using standard format with conclusions and recommendations based on CFD analysis and make presentations in meetings as person in charge (PIC).
- Good exposure in Thermal simulation
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills are highly desirable
