This dynamic Center Head should have good stakeholder management skills along with business and operations bend.
The Centre Manager is responsible for managing centre operations and provides leadership in strategic and operational planning. He/She leads the development of centre initiatives and improvements for effective delivery of centre programmes and services. He/She also drives the development of procedures standards and risk management frameworks to ensure quality teaching curriculum development and student wellbeing. He/She also oversees staff professional development student enrolment and manpower requirements for the centre.
He/She is a highly experienced individual who possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders. He/She works in varied settings such as early intervention teaching centres student care centres special education schools and other voluntary welfare organisations.

Tasks
Develop organisational direction for crosscentre partnerships and delivery of services.
Develop strategic longterm plans to improve the quality of learning environments.
Drive crosscentre partnerships to enhance initiatives and programmes.
Drive improvements on systems processes operations and risk management initiatives.
Drive the implementation of the recruitment strategies.
Establish new or revised policies procedures and standards.
Establish processes to improve curriculum and programmes.
Lead development of centre programmes and initiatives.
Manage escalated feedback from stakeholders.
Manage staff performance.
Oversee staff development training and mentorship programmes.
Oversee student enrolment for the centre.
Prepare annual work plans and budget plans.
Report student statistics to the relevant agencies.
Review manpower plans for approval.
Set centres directions for engagement with families community and other stakeholders.
Set the centres Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Set the strategic direction for the centre.
