Catering Attendant

As a Catering Attendant at Talent Source you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our catering events by providing excellent service and support to our clients and guests. Below are the key responsibilities and requirements for this position:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of catering events including tables chairs linens and decorations.
• Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements as needed.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor and replenish buffet stations and beverage stations throughout the event.
• Clear tables and clean up the event space during and after the event.
• Assist with loading and unloading catering equipment and supplies.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients guests and other staff members to ensure smooth event operations.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to create a positive guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in catering or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry trays tables and other catering equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
