Catering Analyst - Airlines

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with airline catering teams to analyze and forecast catering demand based on flight schedules.
• Optimize catering resources to ensure costeffective solutions without compromising service quality.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improving catering operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with catering suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of catering services.
• Monitor and evaluate catering performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align catering services with airline standards and requirements.
• Contribute to menu planning and development based on customer preferences and dietary requirements.
• Support the implementation of technology solutions to improve catering logistics and operations.
• Assist in resolving cateringrelated issues and complaints from airline passengers and crew.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards in catering operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Aviation Management or related field.
• Proven experience in catering operations preferably within the airline industry.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability in forecasting and demand planning for catering services.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards for inflight catering.
• Customer serviceoriented mindset with a focus on delivering highquality solutions.
• Ability to adapt to fastpaced and dynamic airline catering environments.
• Experience in supplier management and negotiation for catering services.
