Case Manager/Property Damage Specialist


Career Consulting Partners has formed a partnership with one of the largest injury firms in the Country. They have won over $1 billion in settlements and verdicts for clients with a 96% success rate on litigated injury cases thanks to over 120 dedicated individuals. Our firm in Downtown Los Angelesis seeking a Case Manager with extensive experience inProperty Damageto work with our growingdepartment while having some exposure to our personal injury andemployment law departments.


The Case Manager/Property Damage Assistant (Hybrid)will work directly with our Personal Injury department and other departments within the Firm. Theassistant must be highly organized possess strong critical thinking skills excellent attention to detail and solid
communication skills.

Primary duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Resolving property damage claims;
  • Set up car rentals for clients as needed;
  • Negotiating loss of use damages;
  • Discussing and confirming liability with adjusters;
  • Ongoing communication with clients regarding their PD claims;
  • Coordinate property damage inspections with insurance companies and body shops
  • Process total loss and/or repair claims;
  • Review total loss evaluations;
  • Draft documents and letters to clients and Insurance companies as needed
  • Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management and/or Supervisor

Competencies/Skills:

  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team;
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail;
  • Possess strong organizational analytical and clerical skills
  • Basic Knowledge of Personal Injury laws and procedures;
  • Computer skills such as MS Office and Case management software.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a PI law firm or similar environment
  • Minimum high school diploma; and
  • Minimum 2 years experience with insurance claims and terminology
  • Bilingual fluent in English/Spanish required

  • Base Compensation: $25 $32 hr.
