About the role:
If you re passionate about taking yourself, sennder, and the logistics industry to the next level, curious, and driven by solving puzzles and influencing how we reach our business goals, then you might be who we re looking for. - Monitor and guide improvements in key performance metrics.
- Support with high level customer escalations and quality root cause analysis.
- Always work cross-functionally with the Amsterdam-based teams from Sales to Account Management working together on bringing the best solutions.
To get there you will need:

- A true belief in systemic partnership with carriers rather than focusing on quick wins in a customer/supplier relationship only.
- Ability to work fully autonomously, plan your own day, and set goals/to-dos.
- A clear understanding of the transport & logistics industry and commercial insights to develop carriers in the team s portfolio.
- Experience using analytics tooling (Looker, Google Suite) to review data, report insights for your team, and increase efficiency within our operations.
