JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for endtoend hiring screening scheduling interviewing negotiating and followthrough until the candidate joins.
- Understand the Talent Pool available and identify the key motivators for them to join an organization.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies skills and knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies based on the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources
- Know networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote the employer brand reduce timetohire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
- Understand the industry and environment the business operates in
- Build a strong talent pipeline.
- Comfortable working on targets.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 0.62 years of relevant experience in Career Counseling/ Tele calling / Outbound Calling
- Good interpersonal & analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Educational Qualification 12th/Graduates/Post Graduates can apply
- Target Driven Attitude
