Are you a people person with a knack for languages Were seeking a Germanspeaking Car Rental Service Agent to join our energetic team in Athens Greece!

What Youll Do:
- Be the friendly voice for our German and Englishspeaking customers answering questions and resolving inquiries via calls chats and emails.
- Assist customers with every aspect of their car rental experience.
- Troubleshoot issues with a positive and upbeat attitude ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize your technical skills to navigate our systems and find solutions.
Who Were Looking For:
- Native or fluent speaker of German (C2 level).
- Strong English language skills (B1 level minimum).
- High school diploma or higher education (preferred).
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in a customerfacing role is a plus (hospitality or car rental experience is ideal).
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Familiarity with technology and the ability to learn new systems.
