• Lead and supervise the stewarding team providing guidance training and support as needed.
• Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operation of the stewarding department.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among team members.

• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen dining areas and service stations.
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of kitchen equipment utensils and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to replenish supplies as needed.

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the caf including restrooms and dining areas.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback and address any concerns or issues related to cleanliness or service.
• Collaborate with the frontofhouse staff to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for customers.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including food hygiene standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety hazards.
• Train staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff servers and other departments to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient operation.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement policies and procedures aimed at improving service quality and efficiency.

• Previous experience in a similar role preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
