Volta Biotech is a marijuana/hemp processing and refinement company. This shift is Monday to Thursday from 12pm to 10:30pm with a 30 minute lunch and includes a 10% differential pay bonus plus a production bonus.

Anyone passionate about producing medicine keeping inventory accurate and working with production equipment our small team is a great place to have a career. Candidate must already be living in the Oklahoma City metro area to be eligible for this job. Mechanics handyman inventory control specialists technicians all make for great technicians in our lab. We want people capable of operating multiple machines/processes at the same time.

With our farmer network we produce cannabis products from plant material all the way to retail products. Retail products we produce are RSO syringes 2G disposable and 2.25G triple threat vaporizers green burrito prerolls drink mixers and soon RSO/plantprofen capsules.

We re the only major ethanol extraction lab in a city in Oklahoma located 5 minutes south of downtown OKC. Our retail side does well our major focus this year is to increase bulk processing 20x.

We have one of the most interesting labs in Oklahoma and youll be trained by a great team. Processes we do at our lab grind plant material load plant material into bags extract oil from plant material with ethanol filter oil separate ethanol from crude decarboxylation distillation. We can also produce water soluble liquids (nano) and powders and do conversions for hemp derived products.

Interesting things you ll be a part of this year
1 This Spring well release a hemp derived product line. You ll learn how to do CBD to HHC conversions.
2 Install automated filling equipment for our entire vaporizer line. Productivity is the name of the game.
3 Add membrane skids to be the first company in Oklahoma to extract at room temperature saving us big time on electrical.
4 Add decanter centrifuge and agitation tanks to extract at the highest efficiency possible.
5 Install a mezzanine to make room for indoor silos and system of grinding to extraction without a human touching the material
6 install machines to fill and band 30000 liquid capsules an hour before an auto bagging machine bags 480 bags an hour
7 install a LN2 generator to help us distill 2030 liters/hour

1 Do you have distillation experience If yes please explain on which machines and number of years experience.

2 Are you mechanically inclined Please provide examples of things you ve tinkered with.

4 Do you have experience with inventory control If yes provide examples of processes you ve done in previous jobs.

5 We have a PhD chemist to verify the process but we are looking for someone that is at least familiar with chemistry to handle production roles such as operate our CPC and analytical equipment. Familiar

Benefits

Hourly with monthly production bonus based on liter output (anywhere from $5/month to $200/month is feasible in the next 12 months)

What do you think should be in that? 2 How would you manage the retail product production to prevent inventory shrinkage? This means to prevent and monitor internal stealing. 3 Are you ok with the 11:30am-9:30pm shift 4 days a week and 4 hours on Friday? This is a prerequisite for the role. Our Operations Manager has been with us for 3 years and has earned our lead position during normal daytime hours. This is a lead position. 4 We need someone with vision that is thinking ahead and helping us make processes smoother. Can you provide an example where you made a process drastically better to save time and money? 5 In a few months we re also looking for a person to handle the weekend nights shift. 6pm to 630am Friday, Saturday, and Sunday that is available for delivering orders for the other 4 hours sometime during the week. If not selected for the 11:30am-9:30pm shift would you be interested in this shift? It comes with 20% differential pay for working odd hours.
