- Collaborating with NCR (supporting clients with Declaration order Sequestration and Deceased clients)
- Terminating clients in simplicity
- Managing Email queries
- Pursuing 17.7
- Updating Debt Help System (DHS)
- Chasing payments for our invoices
- Utilizing Freshdesk
Competencies:
- Demonstrating initiative in problemsolving

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in speaking Venac languages (Xhosa Zulu Sotho)
- Must have Grade 12
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of Simplicity
