Job Summary:

Aleman Home Remodeling Inc is seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Representative you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. You will handle a variety of inquiries resolve issues and assist customers in a professional and efficient manner. Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
• Assist customers with placing orders processing payments and resolving any issues or concerns
• Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and targets
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure highquality service delivery

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
