Job Description

Technical/Functional Skills:

• CAD Drawings
• CAD part modeling
• 3D Modeling
• CAD assembly
• ECO/ECN
• Tools Creo Windchill

Experience Required: 5 years experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support Sustenance and NPD Projects

• Change management activities including owning and promoting assigned Change Orders preparation and execution
• Create Action Plan and execute the activities listed in plan
• Perform product improvement activities Mechanical designs
• Support design change related activities
• Ensure smooth execution of project by performing the associated activities
• Facilitate meetings and record the minutes
• Provide project status updates to stakeholders
• Project and communication management
• Coordinate with Offshore team for input needed to execute the projects
• Arrange crossfunctional project review meetings

Generic Managerial Skills:

Demonstrated Verbal and written communication skills.

Communications Good communication skill in both speaking and writing with all levels within the organization. Must be able to communicate well with personnel in overseas.

Organized Ability to multitasking and to organize efficiently with good time management. Identify urgent and critical issues and set priorities. Must be able to manage and work with personnel from overseas and from different time zones.
