- C# & C is mandatory with contact center or VOIP exp.
- Telecom background is mandatory.
- Application development for Windows using C#/.Net. A knowledge of C is also needed.
- Work will be mostly related to fixing customerfound issues.
- Candidates should show good debugging and communication skills because it will take around 60% of their working time. Another 40% is for coding and testing.
- The person will be acting as a team lead and will be driving the team.
